Zimborders aims to provide world class border facilities in Zimbabwe that optimize border efficiencies and revenue collection for government.
Zimborders provides a turnkey solution for the infrastructure and ICT systems to modernise and upgrade the border posts of Zimbabwe.
Zimborders not only specialise in the construction element, but also the operating and maintenance of selected projects.
Together with our strategic partners, Zimborders handles each phase in the project life cycle. This includes the design, construction , financing and maintenance of projects. We have achieved this without any financial assistance from government. Zimborders success on the continent is linked to our ability to forge long lasting, successful partnerships with a country’s authorities as well as its emerging contractors. It is the combined expertise, knowledge and operational experience that should provide a country’s authority with comfort.
Zimborders aim to:
- Consult with all administration departments involved to re-engineer the border post processes (including simplification and streamlining of operational rocedures) in order to facilitate trade and solve congestion issues.
- Finance, supply, install and interface the Border Information System so that all required reporting is readily available to the relevant authorities. We aim to make the border process as seamless as possible.
- Ensure the full empowerment of the Government officers through an extensive training program to ensure a smooth and efficient adoption of all technologies employed.
Zimborders and its partners are leaders in their sector with a proven track record in Africa. Zimborders expertise and its ability to deploy resources for successful project delivery sets it apart from the other groups.
